The conference was an opportunity to present the European Region of Gastronomy project. Thanks to the participation of some of the international partners of the project, in particular Pelle Oby Andersen from Central Denmark and Anna Blaua from Riga-Gauja, as well as other experiences of excellence in the Italian panorama, such as delegates of the Slow Food movement, the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato area (UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015) and the city of Parma – (UNESCO a “Creative City for Gastronomy” for 2016).
